My archive records extra information in 2022, an ID request and upload trouble in 2023, and a bank-ownership request in 2025. The September 2026 screen says no document needs uploading at that time.
My KYC timeline.
2022: Additional information. An archived account-email summary records a request for more information.
2023: Identity verification. An ID request was followed by an upload problem. Support supplied an alternative route; the material does not establish the exact completion date.
2025: Bank ownership. A later request concerned evidence that the receiving bank account belonged to me.
2026: Nothing outstanding on screen. The current account status says no document needs uploading at this time.
Read the request before preparing documents.
Identity, address and payment ownership answer different questions. If the request is about the receiving bank account, resending an identity document alone may not resolve it. Ask which document is needed and what information has to remain visible.
The older events here come from my archived email summary. The current no-upload-needed state comes directly from the account screen. I do not have a complete set of upload and approval timestamps, so I cannot publish a reliable verification turnaround time.
What I would do if an upload fails.
Save the error, the time and the type of file you tried to submit. Check the format and size requirements shown beside the upload control. Ask support to confirm the approved submission route instead of sending identity documents to an address found on a review page.
In 2023, my summary records an upload problem and an alternative route supplied by support. It does not prove a universal workaround or the date on which verification finished. The useful lesson is to get an account-specific instruction and retain it.
How verification relates to a withdrawal.
An outstanding request is one possible reason a withdrawal cannot progress. It is not a reason to assume every denied payment is a KYC problem. In my October 2025 chat, support said documentation was verified while payment failures were still occurring.
Check the document status and the payment status together. Then ask support to distinguish an incomplete check from a receiving-method problem. That is much more precise than asking only whether the account is “verified”.
Only submit documents through a route you have confirmed with the operator. This guide publishes the status screen, never my identity documents or bank identifiers.
Questions & answers
Does “no documents required” mean no future KYC checks?
No. It describes the account screen at the time of capture. My history includes different requests in different years; a later payment or account review can raise a new question.
