The earliest direct account evidence is three deposit-limit entries dated 24 December 2022. That supports activity in 2022; it is not proof of the exact registration date. The September 2026 research captures a substantial, but incomplete, account history.
The starting point is visible in the account.
I use “since 2022” because there is direct dated evidence, not just a memory of joining. The deposit-limit screen contains three entries on 24 December 2022. The personal history and the current product checks have different dates, which I preserve throughout the guide.
What the account numbers cover.
The one-year summary visible on 13 September 2026 shows €29,612.55 staked, €28,323.65 won, €2,312 deposited and €1,072 withdrawn. That period is not the whole account history.
Across the loaded payment rows, there are 28 approved deposits and 29 withdrawal attempts: six approved, nine cancelled and fourteen denied. Several failed requests are attempts around the same problem, so treating them as 23 separate losses would be wrong.
The net panel and the transaction sample use different visible coverage. Their deposit totals differ by €60; that remains unreconciled. I show the figures with their scope rather than pretend the archive is complete.
What changed over the years.
2022: Account activity is visible. Three deposit-limit entries dated 24 December are the earliest direct account evidence in this dataset.
2023: Withdrawal friction begins. Two card withdrawal rows are marked cancelled; the KYC summary also records an ID request and failed upload route.
2024: Trustly works after failed attempts. The account shows €377 and €200 Trustly withdrawals approved.
2025: The old history UI and support trail. A column-based account view was still visible in October; payment problems moved between bank, card and Trustly.
2026: Fresh account inspection and a data request. Bank-transfer rows are approved, the current KYC screen has no upload request, and LeoVegas accepted a request for the full account export.
The screenshots prove that the layouts differ. They do not identify the exact product-release date of the redesign.
How the screenshots are prepared.
The 22 evidence views are selected from real account and public-site captures. Private names, contact details, identity values and payment identifiers are excluded. The account crops preserve the dates, amounts, statuses and messages relevant to each claim.
Open any screenshot to inspect it and use the zoom control for the original detail. Illustrative casino photography is visually separate from account evidence; it is not a photograph of my session or a LeoVegas venue.
What I still cannot verify.
The full account-data export was requested and accepted on 13 September 2026. The complete archive is not part of the published evidence. I also lack a full set of bank-arrival timestamps and a direct capture of the theoretical RTP for the Pirots 5 version offered in this account.
Those gaps affect specific claims. They do not stop me explaining a dated withdrawal row or a support conversation, but they do stop me claiming a complete lifetime audit, an average payout speed or a verified Pirots configuration.
Questions & answers
How long have you been testing LeoVegas?
I have been testing LeoVegas since 2022. The earliest direct account evidence in this dataset is three deposit-limit records dated 24 December 2022.
Are the screenshots real?
Yes. Account and chat images are deterministic crops of the collected LeoVegas screenshots. Names, contact details, identity values and payment identifiers were excluded. Dates, amounts, statuses and visible messages were not rewritten.
