THE QUICK ANSWER

Support attributed my October 2025 withdrawal failures to the bank and later advised bank transfer after card trouble. Those are statements from the conversations. The payment ledger remains the separate record of which requests were approved.

How I would contact LeoVegas about an account issue.

Open the help or contact area on the regional LeoVegas site tied to your account. Use the channel shown there. I used live chat for the payment incidents documented below; I do not publish a phone number copied from an unverified search result.

Have the date, amount, currency, payment method and current status ready. For a login or game problem, include the device, regional site and exact error message. Avoid posting private account details in public reviews.

October 2025: repeated card and bank failures.

I told chat that card and bank attempts kept being declined. Support said the withdrawals were failing because of my bank and that my documentation had been verified. I could not independently prove that root cause.

A support exchange reported a withdrawal approved, while the current ledger contains a €324 card row marked denied and a separate €330 Trustly row marked approved that day. I keep those attempts separate.

The bank explanation might have been right, but I did not independently confirm it. Keeping that distinction stops the support reply becoming an unsupported factual claim about the bank or the casino.

January 2026: a different receiving method.

After repeated card trouble, support asked for a bank transfer to a verified account and reported approval with a 0–5 working-day estimate. The ledger confirms the €222 bank request as approved.

The €222 bank-transfer row is approved. The 0–5 working-day arrival window came from chat. I would use the message to know when to follow up, not as evidence that the bank received the funds within that time.

What to keep for a useful follow-up.

Save the request details, a dated screenshot of its status and the relevant part of the conversation. Ask support to say whether the issue is account approval, payment processing, the receiving method or missing information.

If two rows have similar amounts, identify which one the reply concerns. My record has a denied card request and an approved Trustly request on the same day. A message saying “approved” without that connection is easy to misread.

If the issue remains unresolved, ask for the operator’s formal complaint process and a reference for the case. Keep the response and the date together. Avoid repeatedly opening new cashout requests just to test whether one will work.

Questions & answers

Did support prove that my bank caused the failures?

No. Support said the bank was the cause in the October conversation. I could not independently establish that explanation from the saved ledger and chat.
